How We Work

Veneers are dried using advanced kilns and manually graded by our experts to ensure zero structural defects.

Using proprietary WBP and MR glue mixes, veneers are composed into uniform panels ready for pressing.

High-pressure hot pressing bonds the plies, followed by precision sanding for exact thickness calibration.

Final lab testing for bond strength and moisture before export-grade packing and container loading.
